Is there a free plan?

What file formats can I upload?
CSV and Excel (XLS). Map your columns to orders and tracking once, preview the result, and run. There's no fixed template to fill in.
How does PayPal Tracking Sync work?
On Growth and above, Bulk Fulfill scans your shipped orders and pushes their tracking numbers to PayPal automatically, so held funds release faster and disputes drop. You can also push manually or run a dry-run check, and every order is logged as synced, skipped, or failed with the reason.
Can I fix a wrong tracking number?
Yes. Update-fulfillment lets you replace the tracking on an existing fulfillment. And because Bulk Fulfill previews every change before it runs, most mistakes are caught before an order ever ships.
How many orders can I fulfill at once?
A single upload is only limited by your plan's monthly row allowance — 1,000 (Free), 7,500 (Starter), 15,000 (Growth), or unlimited (Business). On Business, large uploads run as background jobs so you can close the tab while they finish.
Do I need a separate account?
No. Install from the Shopify App Store and it runs inside your Shopify admin using Shopify's secure authentication. Support is direct — email steve@upatra.com and the maker of Upatra replies personally.
